Q1: What kind of fuel will the plant need?

A: Any kinf of fuel you can use for the pyrolysis plant, like natural gas, diesel oil, the pyrolysis oil self produced, coal, wood, etc. Just tell our sales manager, so that we can arrange the right design for you accordingly.

Q2: How you can clean the emission to meet environmental standard?

A: 3 layers of dedusting system-alkali liquor wasing+ceramic filtering+alkali liquor sprayers. Extra gas from reactor will be recycled into furnace for heating, it will be cleaned by specific device before to be burned of cause. Ash and odor are also well prevented as the pyrolysis system is totally sealed, sepcially for continuous running plants.


Q3: How many labors will the whole processing need?

A: For batch processing type: 3~4 workers needed for each shift, two shifts in total (about 14~15 hours); for continuous processing type: 2~3 workers needed for each shift, three shifts in total (24hours).

Q4: Will it need to cut the waste tires before feeding?

A: For batch processing type pyrolysis machine, you’ll need not to cut the tires, but it will be better to cut into pieces, so as to feed in more tires in each batch. While for continuous processing type pyrolysis machine, you’ll need to cut the tires into little pieces like 50mm, or 8-10mm, more smaller, less steel wire, processing would be more efficient.

Q5: Can tire and plastic be mixed to be processed?

A: Generally, we don’t recommend you to mix them. Tire and plastic need different temperature and time to be processed. If you put them together, much fuel will be wasted. Besides, the quality and rate of final oil will also change.

Q6: Will the steel wire need to be removed before feeding?

A: For continuous processing type, above 90% of steel wire to be removed would make sure of the pyrolysis processing efficient. While for the batch processing type, the main steel wire to be removed before feed in the pyrolysis reactor would get a better benefit for you.

Q7: How to make the oil yield higher?

A: Many factors would affect the oil yield.

1) Raw material: different tire sises would have a different oil yield, bigger tires would have a higher oil yield.

2) during the tires using and storage, oxidation degree would affect the oil yield of the material.

3) environmental temperature would influence temperature of the condensing water, which directly affect the oil yield, we can used a water condensing tower to keep the condensing water cool.

4) the pyrolysis plant operation would affect the condensing efficient, proper control of fire and heating would ensure efficient oil condensing and oil quality.

Q8: Will there be smell during the pyrolysis processing?

A: The entire processing is in sealed, no oil or gas is outlet, so there’s no smell during processing. But slight smell would produced during oil transfer.

Q9: How to clean the emission to meet environmental standard?

A: After purify, non condenced gas from the pyrolysis processing is transport to the burnning room to supply heating for the reactor. After full combustion, with the flue gas go to the three-stage dedusting system for clean, with water buthing, magnetic ring adsorbing, and spraying-desulphurization dedusting, the emission is mainly white water vapour, well meet most emission standards.
